Auction terms.

Last updated 8 October 2026. Run by Anthony Pepena (AETHER), Suva, Fiji. Questions: anths@aetherai.pro.

1. Bids are pledges

Placing a bid costs nothing and takes no card details. A bid is a promise to pay that amount if it’s the highest bid when the spot closes.

2. Rounds and closing times

Every spot belongs to one round. Each round closes at 8:00 pm Fiji time on its date:

  • Round 1: Hero and Premium spots, closing 19 November 2026.
  • Round 2: Standard and Interior spots, closing 28 February 2027.
  • Round 3: Accessory and Supporter spots, closing 30 June 2027.

The campaign, including the website corner, ends 30 June 2027.

3. Bidding rules

  • The first bid on a spot must be at least its starting bid, shown on the site.
  • Every later bid must be at least FJD 20 more than the current highest bid.
  • A bid placed in the last 10 minutes before a spot closes keeps that spot open for 10 more minutes after the bid. This only affects that spot.
  • Bids are in whole Fiji dollars. Bids can’t be withdrawn once placed; if you made a mistake, email us straight away.

4. Approval

Anthony approves every brand name and logo before it shows on the site or goes on the machine. If a logo or name isn’t approved, the bid is removed and the previous highest bid leads again. Supporter places show a name only, which is approved the same way.

5. Winning and paying

  • When a spot closes, the highest remaining bid wins it. Anthony emails the winner an invoice.
  • You can pay by bank transfer, or through Whop for amounts up to US$2,500.
  • The invoice must be paid within 7 days. If it isn’t, the spot passes to the next-highest bid, who then gets an invoice on the same terms.
  • Once paid, your logo is printed as a sticker at the size listed for your spot and placed on the machine.

6. What you get, and what you don’t

You get the placement described for your spot and a listing on this site. There are no promised views, impressions, reach or sales.

7. If plans change

If the move to Australia is delayed, sponsors keep their placement, and a full refund is available within 30 days of any delay announcement.

8. The website corner

  • The corner starts at FJD 50. Each new claim must be at least FJD 20 more than the current one.
  • Claims are approved by Anthony before they show. Once approved, the claim is invoiced and must be paid within 7 days, or it comes down.
  • The latest approved claim holds the corner until someone claims it for more, or until the campaign ends. Earlier holders stay listed.

9. Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Changes never apply to a bid that was already placed.
